i. What this site is
sampark.network is an information site for Sampark, a privacy-first network intelligence app being built for India. The site explains the idea, lets individuals join an early-access list, and lets community organisations open a partnership conversation. There is no logged-in product on this site.
ii. Who runs it
The site is operated by Pulkit Jain, founder of Sampark, based in New Delhi, India. Contact: hello@sampark.network.
iii. Acceptable use
- Do not submit information that belongs to someone else without their permission.
- Do not use the forms to send spam, abuse, or anything illegal.
- Do not probe, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site or its endpoints.
If you do any of the above, we will block the source and, where warranted, escalate to the relevant authority.
iv. What we promise about the site
We will keep the site online to the best of our ability, but it is provided as-is. There is no SLA. We can update or remove content without notice. The forms are real — submissions are read by a person — but the timing of any reply is at our discretion.
v. The product is not here yet
Nothing on this site is a promise that the Sampark app will exist with the exact features described, on a specific date, or in your jurisdiction. The architecture and principles described are commitments we hold ourselves to in how we build; the specific features are subject to change as we build them.
vi. Intellectual property
The Sampark name, the संपर्क mark, the wordmark, the copy, the design, and the original illustrations on this site are owned by Sampark. The typefaces are licensed from Google Fonts under their respective open-source licences. You are welcome to link to this site. Please do not republish the design or copy without permission.
vii. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sampark and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Where law does not allow this limitation, our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid to use this site — which is zero.

How we handle data on this site is described in the Privacy page. Read it. It is short.
ix. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be resolved by writing to hello@sampark.network first will be heard in the courts of New Delhi.
x. Changes
If we change anything material, we update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
