Your network already knows. Sampark helps you find it.

When you meet someone, it shows how you're connected. When you have a specific need, it finds who can help. Without your data leaving your phone.

I.
The gap

The connection that mattered was already there.

You just didn't know about it in time.

Three
observations
  • i

Someone in your network could have helped with the problem you spent six weeks solving. You discovered it after the fact, in passing, at a wedding.

  • ii

Every introduction begins with "what do you do?", and ends without naming the actual overlap — the mutual contact, the shared school, the industry sitting next to yours.

  • iii

Indian business owners and professionals will not broadcast their network, assets, or asks to the public web. Trusted introduction has never worked that way, and it does not need to start now.

Sampark is built for the gap between the network you already have and the one you can actually use.

II.
The mechanism

Two modes. One graph. Always private.

Sampark surfaces the connections you have already earned — quietly, with consent, on your own device.

№ 01 Proximity Mode

When you meet someone new.

Your phone notices, quietly. With consent on both sides, you both see how you're connected — mutual contacts, shared institutions, common ground. The exchange takes about three seconds.

  1. Bluetooth proximity detects nearby Sampark users at 5–10 metres.
  2. Single-tap consent on both screens — no broadcast, no surprise.
  3. Briefing appears. Then disappears.
№ 02 Intent Mode

When you have a specific need.

Ask in plain language — "who in my network has dealt with FSSAI licensing?" — and Sampark searches your own graph, only yours, to find who can help. Identities reveal only when both sides agree.

  1. Natural-language query, no rigid filters.
  2. Search runs on your own graph — never against a public database.
  3. Anonymous request, mutual reveal. You stay in control.

One graph. Both modes. Always private.

III.
The principles

Built on principles, not promises.

Privacy is not a feature. It is the architecture. Three commitments shape every decision.

i — On-device

Your network stays on your phone.

Raw contacts, messages, and personal data never leave the device. Sampark works with encrypted tokens — never identities. On-device processing is not a setting. It is the foundation.

ii — Ownership

You own your identity, always.

Communities partner with us. They never own you. If a community partnership ends, you keep your network, your tags, your graph. A clean exit, built in from day one.

iii — No ads, ever

No advertising. No data sales.

Sampark's business model never depends on monetising who you are, who you know, or what you ask. There is no ad product.

Built in India, designed for DPDP, made for communities that already trust each other.

IV.
For communities

Activate your members. Do not manage them.

A private tool that makes membership materially more valuable, without you ever holding member data.

Sampark partners with member-first organisations — chambers, professional bodies, alumni networks, founder communities — to surface the value already hiding inside their networks.

Your members get a tool that respects them. You stay in control of governance and brand. You never hold member data. We never take members away.

You stay the trusted name. We stay invisible.

The founder

A note from the person building this.

Pulkit Jain Founder · Sampark

Nine years in
community-led ventures

For years, people told me to join LinkedIn. I tried. Each time I found a platform built for resumes and careers — and I have never once needed a resume. What I needed was a buyer, a vendor, a licence contact, a partner. The right person was usually already in my network. I just could not see it — until it was too late.

I have spent nine years operating ventures across India — skill training franchises with state-government partnerships, edtech, procurement, software. Every one of them ran on introductions, not applications. Sampark is the tool I kept wishing existed: technology that finally sees the network we already carry, built on terms members can actually trust.

If you lead a community, or you are the kind of professional who already lives by introduction, I would like to hear from you.
